March License Plate ReportMarch 31, 2008 Delaware, Minnesota, Illinois. Not bad. Delaware can be sticky, but not when there's one next door to a barn I occasionally help out at. YTD total stands at 28. It's time for the South to start filling in: the Carolinas and Georgia usually aren't this hard to get. P.S. April 1, p.m.: Can't keep this secret for a whole month! So I'm driving up Circuit Ave. looking for a parking space and first, down by the bars, I spot Louisiana. A few cars up, there's Georgia. And just before I found a spot right outside Reliable Market, there's North Carolina. In five minutes I score as many plates as I did in the whole month of March.
