July License Plate ReportJuly 31, 2007 So many cars, so few new license plates: Delaware and Kentucky. The YTD total stands at 40, meaning (since I count D.C.) 11 to go. I saw a second Delaware within a week of the first. Go figure, and so what? The middle of my map is still depressingly white, and my usual West Virginia has already left for the summer without my seeing her car, or her either. Hmph.
