October License Plate ReportOctober 31, 2006 Nothin' to report. We're holding at five AWOL plates: Arkansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, Hawaii, and North Dakota. Sometimes these rarities are spotted in the waning months of the year, but Nebraska in November is like snowballs in July. But stranger things have happened. If anyone's got Nebraska in the freezer, it's time to get it out.
