September License Plate ReportSeptember 30, 2008 An excellent late summer haul: Alaska, Kentucky, Wyoming, West Virginia, and Alabama! So that probably was Wyoming that I saw disappearing down Lambert's Cove Road in August. My West Virginia is nearly always the same person. When she leaves the island early in the summer, if I haven't caught up with her I pretty much give up hope. Turns out that this year at least there's another West Virginia on the island: a black pickup. This is also the first year in many that I've snagged both Alaska and Hawaii. Still AWOL: Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Montana, and (you guessed it) North Dakota.
