December License Plate ReportDecember 31, 2009 Recently I heard a song about October roses ("are the fairest of all"), and it crossed my mind as I was driving up Circuit Ave. at the very tail end of the year and spotted Louisiana! So a mediocre year ends on a high note. Alaska, Hawaii, Wyoming, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and South and North (surprise!) Dakota were still AWOL when the clock ran out. Here's to a more successful 2010!
