February License Plate Report

February 28, 2011

February is short both in days and in license plates spotted, but this year's haul was a good 'un, even though it only numbered three: Tennessee, Alabama, and Minnesota. Oddly enough, Tennessee and Alabama turned up one after another last year, but not until June.

The year's tally stands at 24.
